There are three types of 13 watt UV lamps available for the PEAK UV PCO purifier sterilizer. 1) General purpose standard model
50 mg/hr: UV lamp with 50 mg/hr for overall sanitizing, air
purification, and odor removal. Most of the ozone is converted into
hydroxyl, hydro peroxide, super oxide, and ozonie ions and other photocatalytic oxidation purifying agents.

Ion Oxidizers: The PEAK UV PCO air purifier technology converts ozone into hydroxyl, hydro peroxide, and super oxide ions. By utilizing redundant oxidizers the greater the benefits than that of ozone alone without the harmful side effects of an ozone air purifier. These oxidizing ions reduces mold, bacteria, fungus, viruses etc. not only in the air but on surfaces such as counter tops.
UVC Radiation: Germicidal UV light, UVC, utilizes the short wavelength of UV that is harmful to forms of life at the micro-organic level. It is effective in destroying the nucleic acids in these organisms so that their DNA is disrupted by the UV radiation, which is a form of ionizing radiation. This removes their reproductive capabilities and/or kills them. This can only be achieved using a UVC or UVX lamp in the 254 nm range.
Gas / Vapor Decomposition:
Gas and vapors are decomposed at a molecular level and not just partially trapped in a filter media.

PEAK UV PCO air purifiers

are an exclusive Peak Pure Air product
and are serviced and warranted by Peak Pure Air at 18762 FM 1431, Jonestown,
TX 78645. For 90 days from original date of purchase, Peak Pure Air will
repair or replace the product without charge to the customer should the unit
prove to have a manufacturing defect.
For 1 year from the original purchase date, Peak Pure Air will repair or
replace any defective part without charge. The customer is responsible for
labor charges and for safely shipping the unit to Peak Pure Air in Texas.
Peak Pure Air will return ship the unit at no charge to the customer. This
warranty does not apply to the UV lamps which are guaranteed
for 6 months. This
warranty does not apply if the purifier has been abused damaged or
altered. Warranty only applies if warranty card is returned to Peak Pure
Air.

Money Back Guarantee All of our portable products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to Peak Pure Air. In order to receive a full refund on returns you must contact Peak Pure Air and you must return the unit in resellable condition, instruction manual, and in original packaging. Customers returning products received after the thirty days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Peak Pure Air can not refund full price on products that use replaceable filters or UV lamp cells. Customers returning products that have replaceable filters or UV lamp cells may be charged a fee. Any item returned to Peak Pure Air that is not returnable to the manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee. Any refused delivery will be charged shipping both to and from, (this includes the return shipping). This guarantee does not apply to hard wired products. Please contact Peak Pure Air for return procedures. |
