LightningAir portable natural fresh air cleaner treatment systems are for normal indoor spaces such as business, home and offices. Compact and portable, these sanitizing ozonator machines can easily be moved to different locations in homes, offices, apartments, motel rooms, dorm rooms and recreational vehicles. The LA-2 is for normal indoor spaces such as homes and offices. They can also be used in the car or truck, bedrooms, or used in your office at work. Waterfalls are a good example of nature creating negative ions. LightningAir state of the art purifier generates both negative ions and O3 for your home or office. Before the LightningAir was introduced, we looked to nature. Now the LightningAir provides the same process as nature, reducing odors and purifying the air indoors.
Ionic Purifier removes dust and pollen from the air.Negative Ions cause dust and other particles to fall out of the air. Most indoor particles that are airborne tend to be positively charged. Negative ions give some of the particles a negative charge. The positive and negative particles then combine with each other become heavy and fall to the ground.
Nature is constantly creating negative ions to clear the air. Some examples are waterfalls, waves crashing on the beach and changes in the weather. The LightningAir accomplishes this natural process by employing a special negative ion generator.

Nature has many ways to produce activated oxygen (a natural air cleaner). For example, we've all taken a walk after a thunderstorm and experienced the clean, fresh smell in the air. That is O3 or activated oxygen. Normal oxygen O2 is converted to O3, which is commonly called ozone. O3 will break down odors and other contaminates out their source.
The LightningAir employs a unique O3 generator to achieve this natural process. The Sanitizer has a separate control from the ionizer. Simply close off the area to be treated and let the Sanitizer do its work. It will take care of problem areas such as musty closets and basements, pet, tobacco and cooking odors that build up over time.

What type of maintenance is required?
Maintenance of your new Lightning Air is simple and requires little effort. For cleaning the ceramic plate, simply turn the unit off and unplug it. From the back of the unit, firmly grasp and pull the plate out. Support plate in hand or on a firm surface. Using a tooth brush and either a grease cutting detergent or ammonia, scrub metal wires on plate until clean. Rinse in warm water and dry completely. Reinstall plate in direction of arrows. It's that simple.
More Than A Simple Filtration system
The LightningAir Air Purifiers are not traditional Air Filter Systems using a filter system that collects airborne dust that must be cleaned periodically. Instead, Lightning Air uses powerful Negative Ion generation that imparts an electrical charge onto airborne contaminants and draws them together like a magnet. The dust and dirt, mold spores, pollen, allergens, etc. fall out of the air and away from your breathing space. The ozone generator emits an adjustable stream of O3 (Ozone) that disinfects and oxidizes virus, bacteria, mold, etc. Complete Operating Instructions are included with purchase.
The LA-2 not only purifies the air, it also sanitizes the entire room... it has an ionic purifier that clears the air of dust, pollen and dander around the clock. But for odors, the LightningAir employs a built-in 03 Sanitizer. Just close off the area to be treated, turn the dial and let the Sanitizer do its work – without the use of fragrances.
